A Slightly Different Pumpkin Soup - Not a Cream Soup

This is a photo from December, but I found it and decided to post it, as it represents a rare variant of pumpkin soup that is not a cream soup 馃檪 And it's not just because we have unblended items on top, but indeed, underneath there is pumpkin, roasted and cubed, but not blended. This created a pretty cool effect.
The pumpkin has been cooked until it's soft, but not too much, and it's kind of melting. Seasoned a bit more sharply with the help of pepper, it gives us its taste perfectly, and we all know that it's easy to overpower the flavor of pumpkin. I recommend it when you're tired of the nineteenth variation on cream soup 馃巸
