Agnolotti in Tomato Sauce, Delicious

Once you've made agnolotti, you have to try it in all its variations. I don't know if this is allowed in Italy, or if the morality police would show up immediately, but here I've bathed agnolotti in tomato sauce and served it with basil. 馃尶 馃崊 It's also good, although it's more of an 'autumnal' dish, warming and thick.
