Asparagus Soup - Delicate, Yet Tasty

I finally managed to make a different kind of soup, which also tasted good. Vegetable broth, as usual, green asparagus, croutons - if you like thick dishes, you can add a potato 馃
My version was thin, and that's because the asparagus were fibrous, they didn't blend well, there were strands left and I had to strain.
It turned out to be a perfect shot, as a light summer soup was created 馃嵅
The asparagus were saut茅ed in butter and onions before cooking. It's worth leaving a few heads, there's something then to bite into, and it looks nicer in the photo. You can sprinkle with crumbled feta.
