Asparagus with Sun-Dried Tomatoes

That's all it takes to make a really cool dish. Asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, and onion. We fry (first the garlic and onion), then we stew everything for a while.
It goes well with pasta, rice, or whatever you want. Here, the extra twist was a marinade and a few leftover vegetables from the kebabs, which turned the dish from light, mild, and spring-like into a dark slayer of taste buds (the marinade was chilli). I recommend it in the classic way, but we don't waste, so you can do it this way too 😎
