Autumn Spring Rolls 🍂

Autumn Spring Rolls - a reminiscence of spring, summer. Although there's no legal prohibition against making spring rolls at times other than spring 🧑⚖️ 🌱 - it usually happens that we transition into stews from September and move away from raw vegetables 🙂 Sometimes, however, the craving for rolls is so great that you just make them.
Ingredients are always available in stores, better or worse, and for autumn you can make them with pumpkin for example 🙂 A beautiful, colorful and delicious dish. And also healthy, as the only fried items here are the chicken in sesame and tofu in soy sauce, which you can see in the middle of the frame. I recommend it at any time, bringing a bit of sunshine and laughter to the table.
