Roasted eggplant ground with tahini is the base of this ultra-simple paste with a rather complicated name. However, the secret lies in the spices, because the above alone gives too flat an effect, which also happened to me 馃檪 Mix it up with garlic, oil, lemon, a bit like a hummus set.
