Beef Goulash, Slowly Cooked

I had some kopytka left, and when there's kopytka, it's only fitting to make a sauce. But not just any sauce, a 'Burgundy style' goulash 🤦♂️ Because as we all know, adding red wine to meat instantly makes the dish 'Burgundy style'. With the naming out of the way, let's get down to business!
Onion, bell pepper, good beef (I had a tenderloin) and a lot of time. Remember not to skimp on the beef, because whatever you save on meat, will go on gas / electricity to tenderize the meat 🙂
The beef goulash, simmered for a long time (probably about 3 hours) and was diligently basted with red wine. I also basted myself with wine, which made the dish even more flavorful and it will remain one of my best culinary memories.
