Beef Steaks with Rosemary

Meat is a rarity in my kitchen, as no one else wants to eat it. But when I do prepare it for myself, I always go for a decent piece. Here, two steaks with fresh rosemary.

What's left in the pan is usually used to fry some white bread, which I then enjoy with croutons. And I have to open the window, because it smokes so much that it needs airing out for two days 馃檪
