Bread, Simple and Good When Fresh

I have my favorite and simple bread, yeast-based. I found the recipe on the StonerChef website and I often use it. The bread is delicious, impressive, crispy, and its only downside is that it is yeast-based, and therefore like most yeast-based baked goods - it is good only when fresh. But oh how good it is!
Perfect for a cheese board, for dipping in olive oil, for sandwiches, and most often it goes with just butter. And it smells, it smells so good that it even overpowers the slowly cooked ribs at the neighbor's place downstairs. Link to the recipe:
