Broth, It's Freezable

Making broth and soups is an uncomplicated matter. But it can be simplified even further, ever since I found out that broth can be frozen. Therefore, sometimes I prepare a few liters of broth, from a few root vegetables.
It's used to make soup on the spot, and the rest goes into the freezer. Then, during the week, you can make two different soups from it. Sometimes, I even drink the broth from a mug.
