Buddha Bowl - Maybe

I'm not entirely sure if the so-called Buddha Bowl has one standard recipe, but the idea is cool and I've been using it quite often lately. Plus, the photos turn out nice.

We put a portion of vegetables, protein, and something that will fill us up in the bowl 🙂 In my case, there was a lot of protein, because tofu, salmon, and even burrata on top (Did Buddha eat burrata? 🧐). The filler was buckwheat, and the vegetables were lettuce and (obviously) avocado, because it's green and looks good in photos.

Speaking of green, if we serve it immediately after cutting - because if we come up with the idea of preparing the whole thing 'for later', the avocado will no longer be green. You can sprinkle it with lemon juice, but that won't do miracles and it will spoil quite quickly.

Pro tip: don't skimp on the sauce! You have to remember that the bowl is simply dry. Here, under the burrata, there is hummus, but that's still not enough, prepare something thinner for it, even sweet and sour from a bottle.
