Butter Chicken - A Truly Delicious Thing

In the Indian restaurant (of course! ) Bombay, despite a menu with 30 dishes, I always ate butter chicken 馃馃崡, because it was reliable, always good, and always the same. After realizing that butter chicken is not a complicated restaurant dish, I made it myself and it turned out well, and after a few attempts, it was added to the canon 馃檪.

I usually use ready-made butter chicken paste (available in every market, in the exotic section), but a few times I made it simply with spices and it also turned out good, despite the lack of tamarind mentioned in the paste. A bit of onion, garlic, and spices, and of course, butter, we should not skimp on it in this dish. Recipes often list yogurt as the base for the sauce, but don't be afraid of cream, 30%, because it's supposed to be butter chicken, not dietetic 馃槑
