Calamarata, with Tomato Ricotta and Parmesan

For Christmas, I treated myself to some unusual types of pasta that you can't find in traditional stores. For example, 'calamarata', which as I read, got its name from calamari rings, which it resembles in appearance. And while you don't have to eat it with calamari, we have here a tomato-ricotta calamarata with parmesan 馃檪 I'm always amazed at how filling pasta with ricotta is, even more so when it's in olive oil.
