Carrots with Dill, on a Tofu and Onion Purée!

Here's a bit of controversy, as I tried to make a purée with tofu. The tofu was thoroughly blended, but as it is with tofu, it doesn't have much taste and needs to be seasoned.
With what? Well, it's obvious! Onion, because purée without onion is like a boat without oars 😉 Did it turn out interesting?
Sure! Was it tasty?
Well, not really. The onion was sautéed in butter, and when combined with the tofu, it turned into a mix that wasn't necessarily combined, and was additionally dripping with fat. Fortunately, the purée itself was only the base, because on top of it fell 3 carrots with dill, baked with honey.
