Cauliflower, Mashed Potatoes, and Salad with an Unusual Radish

Cauliflower, Mashed Potatoes, and Salad with an Unusual Radish

I'll modestly say that I'm getting better and better at cooking cauliflower 👨‍🍳 Or maybe I'm just starting to enjoy it more and more. I've seen on the internet that it's often served on hummus, but the nature of my family compels me to use potatoes, preferably in the form of mash 🙂

Cauliflower can be baked, it can also be fried, generally, it must be admitted that this vegetable, apart from the fact that it easily falls apart, withstands all kinds of heat treatment without losing its cauliflower essence. Here, the cauliflower was fried, in spices, a bit sharp.

Paprika, salt, pepper, and I add a bit of honey, and even then I pour this mixture over our hero in the pan and brush it on top. Let it taste a bit of culture. I also need to describe the salad - because it's a rarely seen radish, round and white. Very mild in taste, here mixed with parsley and oil.
