Celeriac Cream Soup

I ended up with quite a lot of celeriac and was running out of ideas on how to use it. The celeriac was also starting to show signs of fatigue in the fridge, and since I don't like to waste food - I made a celeriac cream soup. It sounds strange, and it also tastes strange, though not necessarily bad.
An important thing is to add a potato to it, because blended celeriac alone is too thin and too celeriac-y. The potato ensures a creamy consistency, thickness and ultimately changes the taste a bit. To make it even more creamy, cream is added on top.
