Chicken on Ghastly Gnocchi

The recent hit: I bought potatoes online 🥔 But not just any potatoes, truffle and pink potatoes, to make dishes of strange colors. And while the truffle potato (purple) really looks great as puree, or roasted, it fades and takes on a somewhat ghastly color in the form of gnocchi, with the addition of flour and eggs 🧟‍♂️

The color is what it is, so I decided to enrich the dish with stronger colors, namely the green of broccoli rabe, and the red of the heavily spiced chicken fillet 🍗

It turned out ok, it tasted good, lightly doused with broth and served with black lentils. As for the potatoes, they don't taste any different from traditional ones.
