Chicken Skewers, Salted Yogurt, Herbs

Chicken skewers are not a complicated dish. Here, it's a bit more unique - because I threaded narrow strips of chicken in a serpentine manner.
The chicken was marinated in teriyaki sauce. The novelty here is the salty yogurt sauce, which is very good, somewhat similar to ayran - it's light and was a great departure from the usual mayonnaise, garlic, and barbecue alternatives. It's easy to make, because 'salty yogurt sauce' consists of yogurt and salt 馃檪 For decoration (and taste, because there was a lot of it) sage and sorrel leaves.
