Chickpeas, with Zucchini and Bell Pepper Pasta

This is a dish where the rather dominant bell pepper seems a bit more delicate, as it is in the form of thin, almost pasta-like strips. While zucchini pasta can be easily made with a grater, it's a bit more difficult with bell pepper, but it's doable 🙂
Chickpeas serve as the protein in this dish, it's almost begging to be named: Chickpeato 🤦♂️
Zucchini, bell pepper, chickpeas, and tomatoes, it's a typical goulash set, but here, thanks to a change of form, we get completely different sensations from the same ingredients.
