Chinese Cuisine, Almost Like From a Chinese Stall

If you like your Chinese cuisine, but want it to resemble more of the kind from a stall on the corner, add some bamboo shoots. It works great, turning a good dish into a very good one and a bit more exotic (a stall on the corner is kind of exotic after all). This dish is for fans of chopping.
Bell pepper, carrot, leek, onion, garlic, spices, of course. Served with tofu, mushrooms (probably shiitake) and soy noodles, which as the name suggests, are made from mung beans. And bamboo, a small can for a few zlotys, a nice change 馃帇
