Controversial Tofu in Potato Flour 馃檪

I prepare #tofu in various ways, this one is a bit controversial, after all, once I overheard in a Japanese restaurant that tofu is dipped in potato flour before frying to make it crispy. Turns out, that might not have been the only thing that made the dish exceptional then, and in my version a bit less 馃槈 Tofu is still okay, but the flour doesn't fry completely, leaving a white coating that I had to scrape off 馃檪 It was crispy, yes, but only for the first minute.
