Corn-Buckwheat Polenta, Chicken, Bimi Broccoli

Corn-Buckwheat Polenta. I've used it here once before, today I've increased its amount, as it constitutes a significant part of the dish and is no longer an addition. Its taste is a bit strange - I'm not a fan of buckwheat things, apart from the groats themselves - but somehow it manages here.
Even though buckwheat is not its main ingredient, it still comes through very strongly, but somehow less annoyingly. To this, add chicken and broccoli - this is rather classic. However, dried cornflower petals, which are an addition to the dish, are not really a classic. When it comes to dried flowers, it's an important matter - they look great, but your dish must be wet enough for the petals to absorb the liquid and be edible.
