Dal Makhani - a staple of Polish cuisine 馃檪

I'm usually very critical of my own cooking, I'm clearly one of those who, despite being delighted at the table, always complain that it's not right, too salty, too dominated by celery, etc. There's always something to improve in every dish 馃檪 But Dal Makhani and Butter Chicken (coming soon), are Indian dishes that I don't even nitpick.
It's possible that it's thanks to the spices, which do a good job no matter what you add, it's also possible that this type of cuisine is often present in our house and I've learned a bit. In dal, apart from lentils, there should probably be small beans, but in any case, it will turn out good for you, as long as you don't skimp on butter, and the pods will be soft. Important advice, don't eat before traveling, an important meeting and such 馃槑
