Dish with Oyster Mushrooms and Tofu, in Wine

And this stew turned out really, really cool. Oyster mushrooms and shredded tofu, stewed in wine and soy sauce, with the addition of paprika. That onion and garlic are rather obvious, after all, it's a stew 馃馃

When it comes to oyster mushrooms, they are a bit underrated. You can bread them, add them to soup, make a stew and probably many other things.

They also have this plus that they don't crumble in your hand, but pleasantly tear into strips, which you can add to such a dish. Oyster mushrooms are also reportedly nutritious, they have protein and vitamins - if there is someone smart here who knows, they can say more. The stew turned out really good, and what's cool, there are no tomatoes in it, so it kind of distinguishes it from traditional stews. It does have wine 馃嵎 and is watered with broth, which gets along very well with the oyster mushroom. Tofu, as we know, fits everywhere and does the job.
