Duck in Oranges

Some time ago, I dispelled the myth of the duck, which in my (and not only) family was considered very difficult, even extreme to prepare. There probably are such dishes, but hey - a duck is basically quite easy to handle 馃檪
In addition, you can buy just the fillet at a reasonable price, which makes its preparation even simpler.
Nothing needs to be added to the duck, a pan or an oven is enough and it will be great, but to prevent it from being dry, we use various tricks. A mega classic trick is the orange sauce, which mixes with what flows out of the duck and creates a great aroma and ensures that the duck will not be dry. There is garlic, oranges, and a bit of broth, just to be sure 馃檪
