Fish Baked in Lemon Sauce

I've tried a few times to make fish with citrus, I think I've even posted about it before. It sounds like the perfect combination, I like fish, I like citrus, but somehow I've never managed to get it right.
And, being a thorough person, I didn't manage to get it right this time either 馃榾
Here we have mintaj, baked in a lemon sauce, a heavy, creamy one, with the addition of white wine and mustard. Sounds great, looks okay, the guests are happy, but it didn't suit me. Which doesn't mean I won't try for the fifth time 馃檪
