Fish Cutlets in Tomato Sauce with Feta

I had a few of the famous cutlets left from the previous post, so I decided to continue 馃檪 Hence, 'Fish Meatballs in Tomato Sauce' were created. The cutlets may seem the same, but the presentation is completely different. Firstly, the cutlets don't disappear as quickly because they are in a sauce, which our son finds off-putting 馃槀

Secondly, the cutlets really taste different in a sour environment.

They also lose their crunchiness. Is it worse? Well, no, because a) we are not eating the same thing two days in a row, and b) they still taste good and are nutritious. For flavor and color, I added a bit of feta here, which fits exceptionally well with one-pot dishes, if added in moderation.
