Fish on Beans in Tomatoes

We sometimes have a delicious fish at home. A fish that Kasia's mom brings. A fish whose origin is unknown, except that it's from \"that Halinka, who buys it in fours and 12 kilos at once\".
We don't know what kind of fish it is, where it was bought, and we stopped digging because it's just mega good. And it's a fish that bakes wonderfully, doesn't fall apart, is firm but also soft, and after eating it, you have a feeling that you've eaten something worthwhile. Here, this fish is marinated and baked in harissa olive oil, and laid on something in the style of Breton beans, because of the black beans with the addition of tomatoes and parsley. Everything is drizzled with the oil in which the fish was baked.
