Gluten Interlude - Crooked Dumplings

I've never made nice, straight dumplings, nor lazy ones in my life. This is mainly because I don't like to add a lot of flour to them, and it's the flour that gives them their consistency.
I add little flour, the dough sticks, it's hard to cut and transfer to the pot without changing shape. But it's good and the dish disappears quickly 馃檪
