Gnocchi, or Kopytka, with Chanterelles, Tomatoes, and Thyme

And here's a classic of classics, a seasonal must-have in every Harnas, Swojskie Jadlo, and Smakosz Bar: kopytka in a chanterelle sauce 🙂 Or gnocchi, depending on where we eat 🧑🍳
There's no great philosophy here, but there is simplicity that works as it should. Well-ground potatoes, so the dumplings are smooth.
A sauce of chanterelles, garlic, onions, and cream, uncomplicated. To this, a few additions: tomatoes for a break, pepper, because there's always pepper, and a herb to make it pretty. And a grater, for that vintage and grandmotherly feel 😉
