Golden Mushroom Soup

I'm very fond of mushroom soup, but it usually reminded me of a typical Polish soup - with carrots, potatoes, and pieces of chicken from the broth - because that's how my grandmother used to make it. While browsing Instagram, I came across a mushroom soup that was so beautiful, lavish, golden, and thick.

And of course, I couldn't resist making it myself! 🍄‍🟫

In this version, the main stars were mushrooms, spinach, and broth, with pasta at the bottom of the plate. I wanted to take a picture with the pasta as well, but I didn't get a chance because I ate it too quickly 🙂

To add color, I used turmeric - I usually add it when I want something to be more yellow, and soy sauce when I want something more brown - this time, I used a bit of both.
