Goulash with Tofu, Pumpkin, and Mushrooms

The photo didn't turn out too well here, but the dish itself certainly did, and it's a goulash with tofu, mushrooms, and pumpkin! It even has an addition of dried forest mushrooms, which gives it a bit more depth. The dish is rather typical, but the presence of a generous amount of thyme makes it somewhat original.
Also, remember that it's a hundred times better to add broth to the goulash than water. The liquid itself will be much better, and the chopped elements will absorb some additional aroma. The cooking time depends on whether you like to chew the pumpkin or suck it in 馃檪 馃巸
