Grilled Fish, Mango Sauce, Black Beans

We have here a fish, white, it's not salmon although it looks a bit like it. The fish was rubbed with various paprikas and peppers, so it took on color. The color, however, was lost by the beans, which were black before cooking, and after cooking they turned reddish 馃檪 Between the fish and the beans is a mango sauce, I admit, made from mango pulp, but a better one, without sugar.

Mango can surprise with its price, and for such a sauce you need at least two, then we save ourselves with a can. Mango, as we know, has a certain set of friends who will never deceive it: lime, chili. A further acquaintance is garlic, which you better be careful with in this set, but I'm not afraid and I add 馃
