Halibut Baked with Thyme and Citrus

Halibut and thyme, citrus, it sounds simple, and so 'what could possibly go wrong'. But maybe a lot 😎 Halibut is fatty and good, evidently so fatty that it doesn't let other flavors penetrate the fish. Baked with thyme, with oranges, it was even served on an orange sauce.
It turns out that this is not the best approach. The fish bakes quickly and doesn't have time to absorb the flavors in which it is baked 🙂 The dish was okay, and certainly healthy, but everything tasted separately. The next attempt will be with marinating the fish overnight and stronger seasoning. Let it marinate 😱
