Halloumi on Purple Puree

Truffle potatoes are usually not available in stores, so when I finally got my hands on them, I decided to try them in every possible way. Here, a classic puree, and as it turned out, this is the best way, because you can arrange things on it.

Since I had it, I arranged halloumi, because it is a delicious cheese with a long shelf life and I almost always have a block in reserve in the fridge. Halloumi is served with black lentils, notoriously called 'pepper' by guests. Broccolini, of course, color, taste, oh and ah.

There is also a fried mushroom for finishing, because mushrooms always fit everything for me. Was it good? It was.

Better than traditional puree? Well, with my eyes closed I wouldn't notice anything. But the eyes and the camera see the difference, so it's worth trying such novelties from time to time.
