Homemade Chocolates

For some time now, we've been adding homemade chocolates to our gifts. It's a cool thing overall, but you need to have some time, because:
1. To make it more impressive, we make several different types, which extends the work. 2.
Some chocolates come out soft, to cover them with glaze, you need to first cool them in the freezer. 3. Kids like to help, and that's a given 😉
One important note, and no kidding here - if the chocolates are to lie for a long time, lie outside the fridge or be sent - make them from chocolate mass with ingredients that do not spoil. Many chocolate recipes have mascarpone in the filling, and such should be eaten quickly and kept in the fridge.
