In the Land of Dips

Sauces and dips are a big deal, and their greatest advantage is that you put them on the table, and whoever wants, helps themselves. So, you don't have to listen to complaints about someone not liking mango, or someone else not being able to eat garlic because it upsets their stomach.
They served themselves, they ate, they're to blame 🙂 The dips in the photo were made for spring rolls. So, we have here: 1. Chimichurri - the hero of South America, loaded with parsley, oregano, and garlic.
Healthy, spicy, and challenging 🙂 2. Mango & chilli - this is already a classic, easy to make, unless you decide to save on mango pulp and buy the sweetened one, which will significantly affect the dip. Seriously, check the ingredients sometimes 😉 3.
Classic spring roll sauce - watery, for dipping, with coriander, chives, chilli, and even sugar, which dissolves in hot water at the beginning 4. Guacamole, obviously, with red pepper, because this color combination is gorgeous Surprisingly, each one found its fans, even the dreadful mango, which I somehow saved from being a dessert dip or a meringue filling. 👨🍳
