I seem to have misplaced the photo of the tart with this filling, but the rest was rather obvious, so it's great that our hero of the day - kale - has survived. Kale is a lovely vegetable, a bit like cabbage, but oh so much more noble to make something with kale! See how everything changes when you bring a 'kale tart' to a party instead of a 'cabbage tart'. French elegance.

💁‍♂️ The set from the photo is porcini mushrooms and kale sautéed with onion and olive oil. The set is certain and always works, you can even eat it with groats or pasta. You can also use it to fill a tart, but then you need to remember about the sauce. Here it was béchamel, classic, but with gorgonzola. 🥬
