Kimchi

Homemade #kimchi. It's worth a try, but there are no shortcuts - without gochugaru pepper, we won't achieve much.
In my kitchen, as it happens in my kitchen - I think I bought half a kilo of this pepper 😎 and made kimchi in a slightly exaggerated amount. The problem with #kimchi is that you have a huge craving for it, but once you eat half a jar, you no longer feel like it and don't know what to do with the other 20 jars. I gave mine away, but for personal use, I recommend smaller quantities.
