Lentil and Mushroom Patties - Easy!

I don't know if you make vegetarian patties, especially those that don't fall apart, and if so, I would like to know what you make them from. Only those to which you don't need a glass of flour or breadcrumbs 🙂 My flagship are lentil and mushroom patties, which may be mega ugly and fall apart a bit, but you can gently flip them over so they arrive on the plate in one piece, like in the photo. The composition is simple: red lentils, mushrooms, an egg (or 2, if there's a lot of mass), a bit of breadcrumbs and spices.

Appearance aside, what matters is the taste, and this one is exceptionally hit, after all, lentils and mushrooms are an inseparable set, just like the effects after it. 🔥😎 Important thing - you need to fry the mushrooms well so they release water, and drain the lentils for the same reason. The denser the mass, the easier it will be to make a patty out of it.
