Light Cauliflower in a Heavy, Yet Good Version

I wasn't able to capture the lightness of this dish in the photo. Perhaps it's because I'm not a great photographer, but more likely because the dish was as heavy as a cubic meter of steel. This didn't stop my guests from polishing it off in about 20 minutes. We have here cauliflower, fried this time, previously marinated in soy sauce with extras.
And this cauliflower ended up in a thick sauce based on tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, ricotta, and olive oil. For those who still found it too light - I added a cup of cream.
