Mafaldine with Spinach, Grilled Tomatoes, Fresh Herbs and Sage Butter

Do you know those dishes where grilled tomatoes beautifully decorate and add color? Well, in my case, it's the tomatoes that are almost too ripe to eat raw that end up in this form 馃檭
That's what happened here, and it really does look nice.
Plus, it creates a nice effect - the tomatoes hold all the juices inside, and only after being smashed with a fork do they release into the rest of the dish. So, you can gradually release their flavor 馃槑
The dish is rather typical, spinach, herbs, olive oil, garlic, and sage.
