Millet Cutlets with Tofu, Bell Pepper, and Pea Protein

I have two vegetarians in my house, including one who is growing up. I always have tofu in the fridge, and some ready-made store package like a 'beetroot burger', but things can sometimes get boring and you need to do something different. For some time now, vegetarian cutlets have been turning out a bit better for me, so we try to make them in larger quantities from time to time.
In this session, we made 50 🤷♂️ And since even a growing vegetarian won't eat 50 cutlets, the rest went to the freezer and will serve for several meals. These were supposed to be high-protein cutlets, so tofu and, note this: pea protein, ended up in the millet base. I once bought pea protein powder, a supplement for bodybuilders, and I sometimes add it to such dishes.
