Mixed Beans, Bimi, Pomegranate and Sorrel Leaves

Mixed Beans, Bimi, Pomegranate and Sorrel Leaves

This dish looks great, but it tastes great only if you're a fan of legumes, and your loved ones don't mind you eating legumes too much 馃槑 We have here 3 beans: black, white (navy) and adzuki. They were boiled in water, then stewed in a good broth.

They are seasoned with caraway and marjoram, and the presence of the broth, which did not fully evaporate, ensures that the dish is not dry. All this is served with rice and pomegranate, there is also bimi broccoli and red sorrel leaves. Red sorrel positively surprises - it can stand for a long time and does not wilt, even after a month (as long as we water it occasionally).
