New Year's Ravioli with Salmon and Cottage Cheese

Some time ago, a lady came to us to buy paintings (Kasia paints, and sometimes sells what she paints). And as we know, you can't appreciate art when your stomach is growling, so I decided that the plates must be equally artistic. For the first time, I tried to make two-tone pasta, which didn't turn out exactly as I wanted, but somehow it did come out. The red part was dyed with beetroot extract (I had my own, but it dyed so much that I couldn't do without adding some from Krakus 🙂).
I shaped the pasta into triangles, and the inside was filled with salmon ground with cottage cheese. The dish turned out okay, but it looked nicer than it tasted. It was too dry and only garlic oil saved the situation. The paintings sold, two 🖼️ 🙂
