Orecchiette, with Duck, Burrata and Roasted Vegetables

A dish that turned out so well that for a moment I felt like I could cook, probably the second time this year 🙂 🧑🍳
We have everything here: duck fillet, fried, pink in the middle, we have burrata, we have orecchiette and we have roasted vegetables: eggplant and pepper. The flavors played well, the appearance too, the kitchen needs renovation ⚒️
The eggplants and peppers were roasted with garlic and onion, under a cover. Then, onto the pan, into the tomato sauce (I admit, on San Marzano this time).
The duck was fried separately - I was very surprised: in my head, duck was considered a very difficult and long-lasting dish, but it turned out to be very simple. You don't even need to season it, just fry it on both sides, for 10 minutes each. Maybe I got a super fillet, I'll check it out more than once 🦆
