Pad Thai - Breaking the Holiday Atmosphere

I'm not sure if there's a single correct recipe for Pad Thai, there probably is, but let's assume that if we have rice noodles, vegetables, and some sauce with an Asian twist, we've just made Pad Thai. The matter is incredibly simple, especially if we use a ready-made paste to make the sauce.
And if we don't want to use a ready-made Pad Thai paste - it's enough to pull out fish sauce, anchovy extract, and (as in every kitchen - on top) tamarind fruit paste from any cupboard. My version includes tofu, vegetables, and a lot of greens. It can't go wrong, and it looks and tastes good.
