Pak choi in curry

I stumbled upon Pak Choi cabbage at Biedronka, so I couldn't just pass by it indifferently. Zucchini, mushrooms, onion, garlic, pak choi. All of this will soon reduce to half its volume, and when served in curry (with paste, with coconut milk), it does the job.

Here's a tip from my first time serving pak choi (it might even be the one from the photo 馃檪) - this cabbage cooks very quickly. After a few minutes, it stops being crispy and rather resembles spinach. It's still okay and tasty, but if we want it crispy, we should fry it briefly! #pakchoi #curry
