Pancakes with Goulash - Always Good

I don't know, there might be a way to take a nice picture of pancakes with goulash, but I never manage to do it - it always turns out rustic 馃檪 Unlike the dish, which is really good, and filling. Sauces of this type are often thickened with flour, but I usually add crumbled rye bread (also flour, I know). 馃槑 It doesn't thicken as well as regular flour, but it adds a nice flavor and a bit of originality.
The downside of this dish is one - someone has to fry the pancakes, because personally, I think there's no point in making them in batches and serving them all at once. The pancake must be hot and crispy, and every minute outside the pan turns it into a soggy slipper. So we usually don't eat this dish together. It's not a big problem for me, because while cooking I 'sample' so much that I don't have the energy to eat a full meal, so I happily fry and serve.
