Pappardelle Bolognese with Roasted Tomatoes, Basil, and Cream!

Pappardelle is a simple and good thing, and even easy to make. Sometimes so easy that I don't even want to make it and have to buy ready-made, as in this case 馃槈 The rest, however, is homemade production, ragu, which needs to be mixed well so it sticks to the pasta. Add to this roasted tomatoes, roasted separately, on a baking tray.
It's worth checking often, because the tomatoes burst after a while and lose juice. I added cream to the whole thing to make it more creamy. It's a nice effect, this mixing of ingredients - sometimes I think I prefer mixing rather than eating 馃檪
